Timeline

From start to release, with the two approval rounds included.
Preliminary estimate. The scope is adapting the approved mockup to the existing site and its style, building the Library section, migrating its texts and sources, and setting up the editor for student authors. The structure and the wording of the mockup stay as they are — only the visual language is brought in line with the site. The hours sit on the sections of the mockup as it stands today: the first topic and its guide text carry the work of building the template, the other six carry the work of moving their content across. The min–max range depends on how many block types the texts turn out to need; it is fixed after the side-by-side check at the end of stage 1. The timeline assumes content arrives on time and feedback comes in consolidated. Items listed as not included are shown in the sitemap above and quoted separately.
